INGREDIENTS:1 14-ounce can artichoke hearts, drained |
PREPARATION:In food processor combine artichoke hearts and spinach; coarsely chop. Remove to large bowl. Add Neufchatel cheese, Parmesan cheese, yogurt, salt and pepper.Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease shallow 1-quart baking dish or casserole; spoon mixture into dish. Bake 15 to 20 minutes until mixture is heated through. Serve with crostini or crackers. |
